Fourth stakes success Jakkalberry relative

Chasedown (4 c Nathaniel - Whipcla by Whipper) recorded his seventh win in 14 starts and fourth at stakes level when landing the Coppa D'Oro (Listed, 3000m), beating Aethos (Dragon Pulse) into second, with Cortese (Bushranger) in third. The Alduino Botti-trained Chasedown has now won four of his last five starts, including most recently in the Premio Carlo d'Alessio (Gr 3, 2400m) in May.

Chasedown now moves to seven wins, two seconds, two thirds and three fourths from his fourteen starts.
Chasedown’s dam Whipcla is a half-sister to Jakkalberry’s dam Claba Di San Jore.
