Real Impact’s first winner is out of a full sister to the dam of Staphanos!

Real Impact Off The Mark In Japan
The Group 1 George Ryder Stakes and Group 1 Yasuda Kinen winner Real Impact is off and running with his first crop of two-years-olds in Japan with colt Try For Real making a winning debut over 1400 metres at Tokyo on Sunday.
Sent off the punters elect, Try For Real gave his supports few concerns, running on strongly to defeat Rudraksha by one and a quarter lengths with Lord Fabulous a further length back in third.
Try For Real is out of the Kurofune mare Empress Tiara a full sister to the dam of Staphanos ,who is also the dam of the stakes-placed Red Regnant (Lord Kanaloa).
