Sweynesse's sire Lonhro tops averages

The leading sire at the Melbourne Inglis Premier Yearling Sale by average, Lonhro had four yearlings sell to a top of $440,000 and an aggregate of $1,200,000 at an average of $300,000.

Lonhro -The Champion 3YO, the Champion miler, the Horse of the Year, and now the Champion sire. Lonhro set a new Australian record of 160 individual winners in a season.

Lonhro is a grandson of the almighty Zabeel.

Novara Park 's resident sire Sweynesse (By Lonhro) is the highest rated stallion from the Zabeel sire line to begin stud duties in New Zealand since Savabeel.
