137 SW for the sire of Staphanos- Deep Impact

Japanese bred filly Savarin (2 f ex Sarafina by Refuse to Bend) won the Prix d’Aumale (Gr 3, 1600m) at Longchamp yesterday and became the 137th stakes winner for the late Japanese supersire Deep Impact (Sunday Silence). The two-year-old filly made it two wins from as many starts with a three-quarter length victory over Secret Time, while Flighty Lady finished a further short-head away in third.
