Celticus gains win number eight

At Livorno racecourse on 26 December, Celticus (By Stroll) made it career win number eight after coming from behind to take out the Premio Inverno Handicap over 2250m.

Celticus, a winner of eight races including Listed level and Group One placed, is out of Jakkalberry’s half-sister Bois Joli (by Orpen).

Celticus is a half-brother to smart three year old and Group winning horse Circus Couture, a winner of five from ten starts to go with his four seconds and one third. The 2016 calendar year looks to be an outstanding opportunity for Circus Couture to add to the family’s outstanding ability to produce Group One winners after his close last start second in the Group One Premio Roma.
