Kaspersky winner of the listed Premio d’Estate

Kaspersky winner of the listed Premio d’Estate at Milan racecourse on the 8 June 2014 makes interesting reading from a pedigree viewpoint.

Kaspersky shares the same third dam as Jakkalbery in Crodas (by Shirley Heights) with his fourth dam being Croda Alta and his fifth dam being Crenelle. Crodas was a smart race filly winning five races and she was placed third in the Italian Oaks.

Kaspersky is by successful sire Footstepsinthesand (by Giant Causeway).

Footstepsinthesand’s fifth dam is by Crenelle.

Therefore Kaspersky sire Footstepsinthesand and dam Croanda both share the same fourth dam in Crenelle.

Crenelle (by Crepello) is a full sister to successful New Zealand sire Crest Of The Wave.
