At the Inglis Sydney Easter Yearling Sale Deep Impact (sire of Staphanos) was the leading sire with an average of $850,000 ahead of Lonhro (sire of Sweynesse) with an average of $603,333.
Lonhro is the only stallion in Australia this season to sire a Group One winner from both his two year old and three year old crops.
Novara Park's Sweynesse is the only son son of Lonhro at stud in New Zealand.
He offers breeders the opportunity to breed to the fastest horse from the Zabeel sireline at stud in New Zealand as well as offering the dominance of Eight Carat in his pedigree.
